When flying for the first time, this was one of the first pieces of advice I received. Make it a very unique, bright pattern instead of plain neon for the best results.

If using stickers is too permanent for you, and using bright strips of cloth isn’t fashionable enough, then one way to make your luggage easier to find is by using distinctive accessories. There are many bright colors and fun patterns available for luggage straps and luggage tags. Some luggage locks also come in bright colors. Whatever you choose and decide to use, make sure that it is TSA compliant in case your bag is chosen for a random security check.
Buy A Different Design Or Color
If you’re shopping for new luggage soon, then keep the ability to identify it in mind while you shop. Before moving towards a very ordinary black or navy, look for unusual color luggage such as magenta or bright blue. Or look for patterns such as polka dots, floral, or even animal prints.
